We'll send a short pre-consultation form. Tell us what you'd love to change, what you've always been self-conscious about, what you love about your smile already. Bring any inspiration photos — smiles you admire, before-and-afters you've saved.
We photograph your smile from several angles under controlled lighting. A clinical exam follows — tooth-by-tooth assessment, bite analysis, gum health check. All of this feeds into your digital design with precision.
Dr. Giesler builds a digital mock-up of your proposed result on-screen. You see exactly what your new smile would look like — shape, shade, length, proportion. We refine it together until you're happy. This is the design you sign off on.
A written plan: procedures in order, timeline, and a fully itemised cost estimate with any applicable insurance breakdown. You leave knowing exactly what's involved — no pressure to proceed that day, no expiry on the plan.
Bring your dental insurance card if you have one. We'll verify your benefits before treatment and explain what's covered vs. what's cosmetic.
Screenshots of smiles you admire. A photo of yourself from when you were happiest with your teeth. Anything that communicates what you want — this is the most useful thing you can bring.
The consultation isn't rushed. Allow an hour — 20 minutes for photos and exam, 20 minutes for the digital preview, 20 minutes to discuss your plan and ask every question you have.
Bring your insurance card and we'll verify benefits before you sit down. Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered, but restorative work often is — we'll itemise both clearly at your estimate.
